Quintessentia Network Inc. (operating as Quintarthai) operates a financial information and research platform. Compute is US-hosted (Hostinger International Ltd, Boston, USA) with an encrypted EU standby (Contabo, France), and some AI queries are processed by US/EU LLM providers; cross-border flows are disclosed in §4 of this policy under Quebec Law 25.

Information you provide: Email address, password (stored as bcrypt hash — we never store plaintext), watchlist preferences, Quinn queries, compliance checker inputs.
Automatically collected: IP address (session security), browser/device type, pages visited, session duration, cookies.
We do NOT collect: SIN/SSN, bank/brokerage account data, payment card numbers (payments via Stripe), tax returns, biometric data.
To provide services: Account authentication, display preferences, process AI queries, generate scores.
To improve: Analyze aggregate usage patterns, monitor performance, fix bugs.
To communicate: Account notices (no consent needed), product updates (express opt-in required per CASL).
LLM Processing Jurisdiction (truthful disclosure): Quinn queries are sent to a set of third-party language-model providers, all United States-hosted: Cerebras, Groq, SambaNova, OpenRouter, NVIDIA, Cloudflare Workers AI and GitHub Models. Which provider answers a given query depends on the code path and provider availability, so we disclose the set rather than a fixed order. A Mistral AI (France, EU) tier and an Anthropic tier exist in our code but are not configured in production and currently receive no queries. Your queries are therefore processed in the United States.
Quinn queries are processed by the third-party providers listed above; the self-hosted model on our own server answers only when every third-party tier has failed. Query logs are retained for 90 days, then permanently anonymized. We do NOT use individual queries to train AI models. You may request deletion of your query history at any time.
We do NOT sell personal information.
Service providers (truthful disclosure):
We may disclose information if required by law or court order. Quintessentia Network Inc. (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) remains the Canadian-incorporated data controller under PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, and applicable provincial privacy legislation. Cross-border data flows (Canada → United States for primary hosting, Canada → EU for the encrypted warm standby, Canada → United States for AI queries) are disclosed in this section per Quebec Law 25 Article 7.1 + 17 and PIPEDA Principle 8 (Openness).

HTTPS/TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, JWT authentication, database access restricted to application layer. Breach notification to OPC within 72 hours per PIPEDA Section 10.1.
Essential cookies (always active) for platform operation. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are opt-in and off by default. If you consent to marketing cookies, we load the Google Ads conversion tag on our sign-up confirmation page so we can measure which advertising leads to sign-ups; Google may then set advertising cookies and receives your IP address and browser user-agent. We do not send Google your name, email, account, portfolio or financial data. Nothing loads and no advertising cookie is set unless you opt in, and you can change or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie consent banner.
